Sometimes it strikes in his early teens when his budding knowledge of mechanical things makes fire apparatus a marvelous wonder to behold. The chrome and steel and the power of fire equipment is intoxicating and exciting. Some of us just never get too old to enjoy fire trucks.

State Fire Marshal for the State of California (retired)

Chief Ronny J. Coleman is the retired State Fire Marshal for the State of California. He has received a Masters of Arts Degree in Vocational Education from Cal State Long Beach, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton and an Associate of Arts Degree in Fire Science from Rancho Santiago College. Chief Coleman proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
